We understand that no one enjoys reading Terms & Conditions — but they’re here to protect both you and Your Private Chef in Naples. Please take a few moments to read through them carefully before confirming your booking.

This Agreement applies to all clients (“you”) and Your Private Chef in Naples (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs all services provided by us.Bookings,

1.Cancellations & Refunds

Booking Confirmation

In order to book our service we require a 30% deposit of the total service cost to secure the date.
In some cases, different booking conditions may apply; if so, we will inform you during the booking process.

Cancellations by the Clients

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

  • Cancellations made 45 days or more before the scheduled event:
    You will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administration fee based on the deposit amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 45 days before the scheduled event:
    Unfortunately, no refund can be offered.

In some cases, we may be able to reschedule your event (subject to our availability), but this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations or Delays by Your Private Chef in Naples

In rare circumstances beyond our control — such as illness, severe weather, travel disruption, or equipment failure — we may need to delay or cancel your booking.
If this occurs, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid for the service.

Your Private Chef in Naples shall not be held liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from such cancellation, including but not limited to accommodation, travel expenses, or other consequential costs incurred by you.

2.Adjusting the Number of Guests

When booking, we’ll confirm the expected number of guests for your event.

  • Reducing Guest Numbers:
    Please notify us at least 7 days before your event. Unfortunately, no refund can be provided for reductions.
  • Increasing Guest Numbers:
    Please notify us at least 2 days before your event. We’ll adjust your menu and ingredients accordingly.
    Additional guests will incur an extra per-person charge, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance

 

3.COVID-19 & Force Majeure Policy

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to COVID-19 outbreaks, travel bans or restrictions, border closures, flight cancellations, government mandates, or other force majeure events — We will not issue any refunds.

Instead, you will receive a full credit equal to any deposit or amount paid, which can be applied toward a future booking with Your Private Chef in Naples.

Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months from the original booking date, subject to our availability.

4.Confirming Your Menu

Please review your menu selections carefully before confirming your booking. If you have questions about ingredients, taste, or preparation methods, please ask — we’re happy to provide full details upon request.

By confirming your menu, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood the dish descriptions.
  • You accept responsibility for your selections.
  • You understand that taste, texture, colour, and presentation may vary, as all meals are prepared fresh and customized for you

 

5.Food Allergies and Intolerances

  • You are solely responsible for informing us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or intolerances that apply to themselves or any individuals who will consume the meals prepared by us. This information must be communicated in writing prior to the commencement of services to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all parties.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies as communicated by you.

 

Your Private Chef in Naples assumes no liability for allergic reactions, illnesses, or adverse effects suffered by any guest due to your failure to inform us of specific food allergies or intolerances in advance

6.Your Private Chef in Naples Responsibilities

  • Your Private Chef in Naples guarantees that all food will be prepared in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Your Private Chef in Naples is responsible for clearing and cleaning up all catering areas, including trash disposal, at the conclusion of each service.

 

Your Private Chef in Naples will not be held responsible for:

  • Inability to perform services due to insufficient or incorrect logistical information provided by you.
  • Delays or cancellations caused by lack of parking access.
  • Any issues arising from malfunctioning or unavailable kitchen supplies, equipment, or utilities.
  • Delays or service failures due to force majeure, which will not hold Your Private Chef in Naples liable

 

7.Your Responsibilities

Venue Logistics

  • Provide the exact address and entry instructions.
  • Provide information about parking availability for Your Private Chef in Naples vehicle.
  • Inform us of any venue restrictions or requirements, such as noise ordinances or insurance requirements.
  • Ensure that the venue is accessible to Your Private Chef in Naples and staff at least 5 hours before each service.

Kitchen Supplies and Equipment

  • Ensure that all kitchen supplies and equipment (e.g., ovens, stoves, refrigerators, sinks) required for Your Private Chef in Naples operations are fully functional and meet health and safety standards.
  • Provide access to water, electricity, gas, and waste disposal facilities as needed for Your Private Chef in Naples operations.

 

Kitchen and Dining Area Condition

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the kitchen and dining area are clean and tidy prior to Your Private Chef in Naples arrival. The kitchen must be free of debris, clutter, and non-essential items to allow Your Private Chef in Naples and any assisting staff to perform their work efficiently.
  • Failure to provide a suitable environment may result in service delays, and Your Private Chef in Naples reserves the right to charge for additional time spent on cleaning or preparation due to the condition of the premises.

 

Your Responsibility for Guest Conduct

  • You agree to be fully responsible for the behavior of your guests during Your Private Chef in Naples service.
  • Inappropriate behavior — including verbal abuse, physical misconduct, or any actions that disrupt Your Private Chef in Naples or assisting staff — will not be tolerated.
  • Your Private Chef in Naples and staff reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service if such behavior occurs.
  • You will be held liable for any costs, damages, or losses resulting from the actions of your guests, including early termination of the event

 

8.Permits and Approvals

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, permissions, and approvals from the venue property or relevant authorities for the performance of the service.
  • Your Private Chef in Naples is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from your failure to secure required permits or comply with venue regulations

 

9.Insurance and Safety

Your Private Chef in Naples maintains insurance coverage for damages caused by negligence during the provision of services.
You are encouraged to ensure your own event or property insurance is in place, as Your Private Chef in Naples is not responsible for damage or loss unrelated to Your Private Chef in Naples direct actions

10.Payments

We accept payments by bank wire, credit card, or cash.

  • Remaining Balance:
    The remaining balance will be due at the end of the service and may be paid by cash or credit card.
    In some cases, we may request that the remaining balance needs to be paid in full prior to the event.
  • Bank Wire:
    For payments made via bank wire, full payment must be received 7 days before the scheduled event (no commission applies).

 

Gratuities

Tips are not included in our prices. If you wish to show appreciation for your chef’s work, gratuities are warmly welcomed but entirely at your discretion

11.Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
